Then you'll want to open the window, but there are some points to keep in mind when opening it. Most bathrooms have sliding windows, so you'll need to overlap the windows when opening them. It's like air is coming in from both sides and letting out. If you only open one side, surprisingly, not much air comes in. So, from experience, if you open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, the air will come in from outside and the house will dry out, but it ends up being a structure called a short circuit, where ventilation doesn't work properly.
