Was The FINAL Skylanders Game Actually Bad?

The Skylanders series ended with the sixth installment Skylanders Imaginators, but was the final game really as bad as people remember it being? As a diehard Skylanders fan, Imaginators was one of the few Skylanders games I skipped out on. But after picking it up for the Wii U, I wanted to see if Skylanders Imaginators stacks up compared to the other five games. I cover all ten of the levels, their design, the story, and the new character additions such as the Sensei and Imaginators. Was this the real downfall of Skylanders, or does Imaginators offer more to appreciate than most people realize?
