SERAMBINEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Security has been tightened at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Headquarters ahead of a press conference to be held by the National Police's Corruption Crimes Directorate (Kortas Tipidkor) on Friday evening (July 10, 2026). Since the afternoon, dozens of Indonesian National Police Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) personnel have been seen on standby at several strategic points within the Jakarta Metropolitan Police area, armed with complete security equipment, including long-barreled weapons.
