Join me on a walk though of NHT's 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom upcoming house for sale in their new Housing Scheme - The Villages of Colbeck Castle. Lets see the layout, the size, the amenities, land space and especially the materials being used. Having seen the hurricane Melissa devastation of the NHT built Brampton Manor in St. Elizabeth, I had doubts if these homes will be any good, however, our April 22, 2026 visit to The Villages of Colbeck Castle shows, blocks, steel, sand, cement, the usual materials used for a strong, stable structure in our hurricane affected country. Workmen are seen on site, working towards the expected November 2026 completion of phase 1. Remember that if you wish to be eligible for a house in here, you need to have your NHT contributions up to date and you must have documents ready for when NHT's site goes live, to accept applications.
