Chasse and Temps Lie Explanation
Chasse is an undercurve or "U" shaped weight shift, and Temps Lie is a "V" shaped weight shift. Chasse always begins with a plie on both legs, Temps Lie begins with the weight positioned over one foot and the gesture leg extended.
