Compact Disc Read Error, Sony CDP-790 1990's CD Player - Retfurb Audio Refurb

In this video we take a look at this retro 1990 Sony CDP790 Compact disc player. The unit was purchased recently, In supposedly working condition. Now I did not get chance to test the unit, Until I started to record the video. Which is obviously a no no, When purchasing any electrical equipment. The unit has some sort of issue with the disc laser section, So lets see if we can sort it out............ The CDP-790 CD player, Is a highly regarding unit from Sony. Quite often I see it compared to Sony's high end ES equipment, Being similar without the badge. The CD player was introduced in 1990. - I hope you enjoy the video.
