JAMAICAN PAN PORK Every Friday and Saturday in the square of Granville Chef Dale Gun serves up what he calls pot roast pork on the street. This long cooking process unites natural ingredients with the sweet pork meat then placed in an aluminum pan which keeps it warm but also helps with adding color and more flavor to the meat.
