Almost ready to start the Evinrude 150

In this video I plan to start the Evinrude 150 for the first time but ultimately find water in the fuel so spend some time replacing the oil and clearing the water out of the tank and fuel lines, adding some Fuelcure (http://www.wurth.com.au/en/wurth_au/p...) I then prime the VRO pump.
