The Curse of Monkey Island [Ep.1] - Retro PC Gameplay [Pentium II 300 - Intel i740][No Commentary]

The Curse of Monkey Island (1997) Back to 90s! I think this is one of the best looking games ever made. Not just the look, also the voice acting and the music is just perfect. I played this game shortly after it came out, I remember so little of it and I intentionally didn't check any guides or youtube videos so I wouldn't spoil it. I have the official manual and it includes a hint book. I'm planning to figure the game out myself only using the hints book, but if I get stuck badly I'll still get help. This is going to be a LONG series. I think I'll aim for long videos, so I could finish the game in fewer episodes, but we will see how things will turn out. Enjoy! I built a "new" PC for that. The Intel i740 is a terrible card but I want this PC to be all Intel, at least for this game. I have a large collection of retro PC hardware and games. I've decided to play each of the games for at least 1 hour to see how they are. Capture: VGA output goes into a VGA Splitter. One cable connects to my monitor, and the other goes into the Gefen VGA to DVI Scaler. From there, a DVI to HDMI converter takes the signal into the Elgato GameCapture 4K60 in 1080p. As for sound, it's a bit simpler: a 3.5mm splitter; one side connects to my headphones, and the other goes to my capture PC's Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen.
