1. Meeting Opening A. Call Meeting to Order B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Roll Call D. Declaration of Quorum E. The Council will consider approval of, or edits to, the evening’s meeting agenda. F. The Council will consider approval of the minutes of the previous meeting - June 1st, 2026 2. Old Business A. The Council will consider the 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-6A, Amending & Restating the Town’s Parking Regulations for Certain Streets & Areas in Town. 3. New Business A. The Council to conduct a Public Hearing on a voluntary annexation of one (1) parcel of approximately 2.5 acres at the east end of Alden Drive (Flora Property). i. The Council will recess the regular Council meeting. ii. The Council will open the Public Hearing to solicit public feedback on the voluntary annexation and discuss. iii. The Council will close the Public Hearing. iiii. The Council will reconvene the regular Council meeting. B. The Council will consider 1st Reading (introductory) of Ordinance 2026-6B, voluntary annexation of the Flora Property. C. The Council will consider the appointment of a new Police Commissioner. 4.
