cozy rainy days in our old country house in the Polish countryside 🌧️ slow living, morning routine, knitting, lentil lasagne & planting blueberry bushes in the garden. 🐁 The Tailor of Gloucester cartoon -    • The World Of Peter Rabbit & Friends - The ...   I use an online translator for the subtitles, so please accept my apologies for any mistakes! 🍅 Lentil paste bake recipe Lentil Sauce: 400g (14 oz) tin of cherry tomatoes, with skin 300g (1 ¼ cups) tomato passata 200g (1 cup) green or beluga lentils, cooked with 2 tbsp tomato paste, salt, 1 bay leaf, and 1 small onion 150g (1 cup) onions 3–4 sprigs of: sage, rosemary, thyme, basil 1–2 tbsp tomato paste White sauce: 300g (1 ¼ cups) soy milk 110g (8 tbsp) deodorized coconut oil 15g (1 tbsp) agave syrup 175g (¾ cup) unsweetened soya yoghurt 3g (½ tsp) salt 20g (2 ½ tbsp) tapioca starch Additional veg: 1 large potato, thinly sliced A handful of cherry tomatoes Or 1 small aubergine (sliced and grilled) For the white sauce, blend the melted deodorised coconut oil with soy milk on high speed until it's totally emulsified and creamy (texture like cream). Then mix with all the other ingredients in the white sauce list. For the lentil sauce you just cook the lentils with with 2 tbsp tomato paste, salt, 1 bay leaf, and 1 small onion and about 500ml of water until ready. Then strain the water if needed and add all the other ingredients.
