Starting a Monoprint on Tissue Paper: Planning and Adding First Layers
I love printmaking at home without a press, and here are some of the no-press printing techniques to give you some art inspo and mark-making inspiration. My trip to Skye has inspired me to make some monoprints on tissue paper- something I haven't done in a while. Tissue paper is perfect for making atmospheric, transparent and ethereal landscapes and seascapes. In this video I talk you through my planning and composition sketches, colour mixing and first few layers of colour.
