The Rules: 1: The timer starts when walking away from Professor Oak after receiving the starter Pokémon. 2: Only the Challenge Pokémon may participate in battle. 3: No items in battle, except Balls from the bag. 4: No evasion-increasing TMs, and no Rest and Sleep Talk TMs until every other option has been exhausted. 5: No intentional uses of glitches or exploits. 6: Timer may be paused for breaks in recording, but no inputs may be made when the timer is paused. 7: Save states are permitted in the overworld, but no save states may be used mid-battle. 8: If the challenge Pokémon faints, the previous save state must be reloaded and progress regained. #PokemonChallenge #PokemonFireRed #pokemonchallenges #FireRedChallengeRun
