Yue-Sai Kan, founder of the Yue Sai cosmetics brand and a television host and producer, is one of them. She has been dedicated to promoting China to the world. Her first TV production, "Looking East", created soon after she moved to New York City in 1972, was the first of its kind to introduce Asian cultures and customs to American audiences. And the bilingual television series "One World" that Yue-Sai produced and hosted, gave many Chinese their first glimpse of the outside world. Yue-Sai shared her stories as a witness of how the world and China learned about each other, and opportunities China's opening-up has brought to Chinese entrepreneurs. Here's that interview.
