Restoring WILD TROUT in the River Nidd
The Nidderdale Angling Club had been stocking their waters with farmed fish for a number of years, but a few years ago decided to rebuild the wild trout populations in the river Nidd. With the help of The Wild Trout Trust and Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust the club have worked to restore many of the juvenile habitats in the tributaries which in turn has created an incredible increase in the number of wild fish. Watch the film now to see how it's been done! #anglingtrust #lovefishinglovenature #nidderdale #flyfishing #trout
