6/20/2026 Restoring Physical and Emotional Health With Bodymind Qi Therapy Spiritual leaders including Taoists, Yogi and Buddhists base their teachings on the premise that our existence is more than our physical body and encompasses energy (Qi) and mind. For centuries, Qi-based therapeutic techniques have shown to be effective in restoring physical and emotional health. Our weekly bootcamp alternates between Tǔ Nà (a form of Tai Chi like abdominal breathing technique originated in China approximately 2nd century BCE) and Yi Jin Jing (a Qigong exercise brought to ancient China in 5th century CE by Bodhidhama, a North Indian yogi and the first patriarch of Zen meditation).
