Carpaccio of Salmon

This is a sort of restaurant dish thats super easy to make at home. In this clip I finely slice the salmon and then use a mallet to make the slices super thin. Often in restaurants the fish (or meat) is frozen and then sliced paper thin using a meat slicer. enjoy and let me know what you think.
