Eight years after his first trip to Taiwan, my nephew is finally back! This time, we spent the day exploring Taipei like locals. Despite the rain, we rode YouBike across the city, visited the iconic Taipei 101 Observatory, wandered through a traditional market, and ate some of Taiwan's most famous foods. From crispy scallion pancakes and juicy soup dumplings to his all-time favorite mango shaved ice, every stop brought back memories from his first visit.
