小児科医、双子のママになる
▼Please subscribe to my channel. / @joi-no-nichijyo Hello. This is the daily life of a female doctor. On a personal note, I'm currently pregnant with twins. I know my days will be even busier than ever, but I hope to continue my YouTube channel as much as possible. Thank you for your continued support. [Prepared Recipes] ■Chicken Wings, Daikon Radish, and Boiled Egg Stew Chicken Wings: 10-14 Daikon Radish (1 small radish) 4 Eggs (A) Soy Sauce (A) Sugar (A) Vinegar 1. Boil the eggs in water, bring to a boil, then rinse in cold water for 8 minutes and peel. Cut the daikon radish into 3cm-wide half-moons and parboil in a separate pot until you can pierce it with chopsticks. ② Put the seasonings (A) into a large pot (all in equal amounts, 100ml is the standard but my mom uses a little less vinegar), dissolve the sugar, add the chicken wings, boiled eggs and daikon radish and simmer. ③ Once boiling, reduce the heat, turn the chicken wings and eggs occasionally, cover with a lid and simmer for about 15-20 minutes so that the sauce is well mixed. ④ Turn off the heat, cover and leave to cool. The daikon radish becomes more flavorful as it cools, so it may even taste better the next day! ■Stuffed New Onions 2 new onions 200g ground pork Salt and pepper to taste Nutmeg to taste 200cc water (A) Soy sauce (A) Mirin (A) Granulated Japanese soup stock Potato starch dissolved in water Scallion (finely chopped) ① Hollow out the onion and finely chop it. ② Mix the ground pork, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and add the chopped onion from ①. ③ Simmer (A), adding noodle soup or white dashi, if desired (it's ready when the onion has browned and the flavor has been absorbed). ④ Finally, add the potato starch dissolved in water and sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
