Kingston / Ottawa à vélo (200 km)

Cycling from Kingston to Ottawa in Eastern Ontario. You'll need to follow four different bike routes to get to your destination. K & P Trail: This bike route can be reached just outside the city, in an industrial area. Cataraqui Trail: This forested road leads back to the entrance to the Ottawa Valley, following the Cataraqui and Rideau rivers. Ottawa Valley Rail Trail: This multi-use trail is shared with ATVs and quads. It's the route to reach Carleton Place and then the Ottawa area. Rail Trail / Green Belt: Located to the west, the rail trail is the gateway to Ottawa. The trail crosses the suburbs to reach the Green Belt, which then guides travelers to the Ottawa River.
