Triumph Tiger Cub suspected worn timing side bush and journal engine strip 1 introduction.
If I am honest, I have had some nagging doubts about the bottom end of this engine for quite a few years, during which this little Cub has only covered just under 1000 miles. While keeping on top of oil changes and servicing has obviously helped, this situation wouldn't have improved and would have only got worse. Time to roll up my sleeves and get the tools out, then, and luckily, I may just have all the parts I am likely to need, with any luck.
