The Labor Shift:    • The Labor Shift   I'm pretty sure this one is going to draw some fire but I was asked and I've taken some time to respond in kind, in fact this is take 3 of this video, the first take I liked but then I read the Honda article and thought it really fit with the topic so I rerecorded it with some of that article included unfortunately there were technical issues and that video was scrapped so I then taped this one so by the time I got to it I'd already covered this material 3 times. That said I think it's an interesting topic and I look forward to your responses as I'm sure many of you have plenty to say on the subject, I'm already thinking about the Re: video to go with this.
