What Stage 4 Remission Has Been Like So Far | Living With Metastatic Breast Cancer

I was diagnosed with MBC (Metastatic Breast Cancer) de novo in 2020. I was told not to expect remission upon this diagnosis, but as of April 2026 I'm unexpectedly NEAD (No Evidence of Active Disease) thanks to ongoing chemotherapy and hormone therapy treatments with Enhertu + Lupron. As of yesterday (June 25, 2026) my Enhertu dose has been lowered to reduce the toxicity and side effects with the objective to prolong my long term use of this drug since I'm responding so well. This video addresses why losing fat cells may contribute to less hormone therapy, my concerns over the lack of regrowth from my hair loss last summer, why I don't always wear my wigs, a few beauty tips for chemo patients, continued pain despite the disappearance of my bone mets and the successful use of Zometa, and a little dose of appreciation for the people I love and those watching my videos. QUESTIONS: How do you pronounce Jon Renau? https://jonrenau.com/ What chemotherapy side effect(s) would you like to learn how to mitigate? What else would you like to know about my cancer experience?
