Relaxing ear cleaning sounds with Q-Tips to help you fall asleep. I’ll be ear cleaning my left hand as your ear that makes you feel you’re getting a treatment. The sound of scratching the skin with the Q-Tip is probably the closest to a real ear cleaning sound. For the mic, I used stereo condenser microphones Amazon purchased for $3 each.
