How To Make A Nothing Bunt Cake Style Strawberry Cake

Cake Ingredients 1 box of white cake mix 1 cup of heavy cream 1/2 cup of oil 3 large eggs 1 cup of diced strawberries 1 tsp of strawberry extract 1 tbsp of Strawberry Jello powder (optional) Frosting Ingredients 4 oz of softened cream cheese 2-3 cups of powdered sugar 1/4 tsp of strawberry extract 1/4 cup of fresh chopped strawberries Cake Directions Add cake mix to mixing bowl. Add strawberries and stir, coating the strawberries in the cake mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed until well blended. Pour batter into a non-stick bunt pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes. Cake is done when touched and cake springs back. Cool cake completely before frosting. Frosting Directions Mix together all the ingredients until well blended. More sugar can be added for desired consistency. Frost cooled cake as desired. Enjoy!
