1956 FORD F100 WITH JOE CARPENTER FROM THE GRAND NATIONALS TRUCK SHOW

I ran into the Carpenter family at Run to the Sun car event in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, it was good to see the family behind the F100 Grand Nationals again after almost a year. The F100 Grand Nationals is the largest truck event in America and have been running for decades and is a big hit for all Ford lovers and truck enthusiasts. The show is held at the Le Conte Centre in Pigeon Forge Tennessee on May 18th 19th and 20th 2023. In this video Joe Carpenter shares with us his beautifully restored 1956 F100 truck ‘The Beast’ built with Ford performance small block 427 cobra motor with aluminum heads and sitting on hydraulic air rides.
