Our Grand Cherokee WK was making a knocking sound under the dash and only blowing heat. See me troubleshoot and replace defective part. The Heat/AC Blend Door Actuator. It turned out to be the plastic gear mechanism and not the Actuator that was bad so be sure and check the gear mechanism!
