Someone above you in the chain of command is non-technical and needs to be convinced that it's worth it. In this talk, we'll go through how to communicate the expected ROI, in business terms, to your non-technical stakeholder. Short-bio: Sam has worked as a data scientist and software engineer at Carnegie Mellon as well as with some of the biggest names in the Portuguese startup scene such as Unbabel and OutSystems. He has founded a startup acquired by Google and contributed to the data strategy of another that was acquired by Colruyt Group. During this time he also developed solutions that are currently in use by brands such as Pinterest, SkyScanner, Oculus, UnderArmour, and King.
