This is a video of the Yokohama location tour of the 1965 movie "Great Adventure". First, we start at the intersection at the entrance to Yokohama Park, where Uematsu (Ueki Hitoshi) and Keisuke (Tani Kei) were talking. You can see that the brown building in the background is still there. Yamashita Park is where Uematsu rescued Etsuko (Dan Reiko). In the movie scene, Yokohama Marine Tower and Hotel New Grand can be seen in the background, and they are still there today. The Yamashita Rinko Line is gone, but a part of it remains as the Yamashita Rinko Line Promenade. Zou-no-hana Park is where the conspirators' car was chased by motorcycle. There were many warehouses here at the time, but they are all gone now and it has become a park. The location of the warehouse can be seen in aerial photographs from that time. There was also a scene where Uematsu's motorcycle was running on the Yokohama Shinko Pier No. 9 quay. The six-roof warehouse that was here can also be seen in aerial photographs from that time. The last scene is where Hana Hajime and others are driving in a car running over the Yokohama Shinko Bridge. Unfortunately, the Shinko Bridge has been replaced, but Yokohama Customs House and the Red Brick Warehouse remain as they were back then.
