I Accidentally Started Playing Elden Ring Again...

I randomly fired up Elden Ring late at night, picked up an old playthrough after defeating Margit, and somehow ended up getting completely pulled back into the Lands Between. This Elden Ring gameplay session was supposed to be a quick trip before bed, but things quickly turned into exploration, sloppy combat, repeated deaths, fireball cheese, and me refusing to stop until I defeated one extremely annoying enemy. For this Elden Ring playthrough, I’m trying something different with a miracle-focused build instead of my usual strength, dexterity, or magic setup. I’m also playing Elden Ring on PC in ultrawide with the frame rate unlocked, max ray tracing, Nvidia Smooth Motion, and the Bloodborne Dash mod replacing the standard dodge roll. Elden Ring is still my favorite game of all time, and this random return may have been a big mistake because now I want to keep playing.
