Vitoria Marathon 2026: On Sunday, May 10th, the 23rd edition of the Martín Fiz Marathon, one of the most important races in northern Spain, was held in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The event brought together more than 5,000 runners across the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon distances, as well as the children's Txiki race. The start and finish lines were located near Mendizorroza Stadium, on a fast and lively urban course that passed through some of the city's most emblematic landmarks, such as Plaza de España, the Virgen Blanca, and La Florida Park. The morning was filled with a spectacular atmosphere and thousands of people cheering in the streets of Vitoria, although the final kilometers proved quite challenging.
