In this video I make very easy cream cookies with only 3 main ingredients. The dough is made with breakfast cream, flour and baking powder, and the result is amazing — crispy outside, soft inside, and almost no oil absorption while frying. I also show an important trick: first baking the cookies for a few minutes in the oven, then frying them quickly. This method helps the dough keep its shape and prevents it from soaking oil. This recipe is simple, cheap, and perfect for tea time. Ingredients: ٢٠٠ گڕەم خامه 200 g breakfast fresh cream یەک کوپ و نیو ئارد 1.5 cup all-purpose flour یەک کەوچکی چا بەیکینگ پاودەر 1 tsp baking powder یەک کەوچک شەکر 1 tbsp sugar (optional) زەیت بۆ سور کردنەوە Oil for frying Instructions: Mix cream, flour and baking powder until a soft dough forms. Do not over-knead. Roll the dough about 1 cm thick and cut with a cookie cutter. Place on baking tray and bake at 180°C for 9 minutes. Do not let them brown, just slightly dry. Let them cool for 5 minutes. Fry in hot oil for about 60 #رمضان #شیرینی seconds each side until golden. Place on paper towel, then on a rack. The result is crispy, light, and not oily. Tips: Hot oil is very important. Soft dough should not be sticky. Do not skip the oven step.
