I went to play a Bösendorfer piano for the first time in a while, looking forward to it, but the KAWAI EX was absolutely amazing. I have a feeling it will sound even better after tuning. Steinway and Bösendorfer pianos are used so frequently that maintenance might not be keeping up. I felt kind of sorry for the pianos. Here's a video about booking this trial session.
