Preserving homemade pasta that lasts 3 months on our Homestead!
Today I am showing you how to make and preserve homemade pasta. Making pasta in bulk and preserving it is the perfect way to have delicious, homemade noodles on hand for a quick and easy meal. The two methods I use are drying and freezing. Both are easy to do, but I prefer freezing because the texture stays the exact same as if I were to make it fresh. They should last around 3 months stored this way. Link to my cookbooks: https://thehomesteadfam.com/collectio...
