How do the Noise Profiles work? - You NEED to have the plugin Neat Video. It's the effect that does the denoising. The profiles tell neat video what the sensor noise looks like, and then the presets tell Neat Video what to do with that noise. the program is like magic. Even if it seems nitpicky to remove shadow noise at ISO 100, the cleaned image makes your exported and recompressed file look better.
