Lawry's The Prime Rib, Las Vegas

Hi Guys, taking you today with us to Lawry's in Las Vegas. I wanted to try their prime rib for a while now but have not found the opportunity to actually do it until our recent trip to Vegas. We visited around dinner time and the restaurant is busy with meat loving patrons. I noticed many of the diners tonight are senior citizens - testament to the juicy piece of meat that they offer. The prime rib is in a cart and the chef carves it table side depending on the size of your order. I ordered the Double Cut bone in and includes the spinning bowl salad prepared table side. The texture, quality and favour is top notch - they know what they are doing here. The sides are also creamy and fresh. I am not sure if there is an option to have them fire grill or torch the exterior of the meat to char it (I have not asked) but is still very good even without it. We also tried the baked salmon as well as the roast chicken. Both are executed very well for non meat eaters. I normally stay away from chicken when in a fancy restaurant but I should say - this is one of the most moist and flavorful chicken I ever had. I also like it that they were able to maintain the crispiness of the skin. I feel hungry as I write this for y'all.. Anyway, hope you enjoy this video and have a good day!
