Chicken Onion Stir Fry. | Easy Chinese Style Recipe.😋🍗 INGREDIENTS & PROCESS: Easy and quick stir fry chicken, onion recipe. -Marinated chicken with 1tbsp oyster sauce, 2tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp dark soya sauce, 1tbsp rice flour, 2tbsp cornflour, 1tbsp white pepper, 1tbsp brown sugar, combine well. -Make a slary with chicken stock and cornflour, -Take spring onion and cut it into 2inch pieces. chopped garlic almost 2tbsp, pink onion 1 large and cut it into slices. -In a saucepan add 3tabs oil, half tsp salt, half tsp sugar and pink onion stir fry. -In same oil add 3 slices ginger and fry until golden, add spring onion, chopped garlic and fry for a minute. -Now add Marinated chicken and cook until golden. -Now add 1tbsp brown sugar, 1tbsp dark soya sauce, 2tbsp oyster sauce, mix well. -Now add slary and mix for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add green part of spring onion, soute onion, half tsp black pepper and mix well -Very tasty Chicken, onion stir fry ready.
