He explained what is changing, what remains and what is the role of humans in a hyper intelligent world. A central message from his presentation was the phrase. The machine produces, humans give meaning. Technology can generate, calculate and automate, but the final direction belongs to humans. George spoke about voice and trust, about combining the physical world with AI and about the idea of ​​the Conductor, the role in which humans coordinate intelligent systems instead of being replaced by them. A talk anchored in technology and perfectly integrated into the CROSSROADS theme. George Buhnici is a journalist, content creator and one of the most well-known technology promoters in Romania. Born on March 6, 1981, he began his career in the media as a radio reporter, later becoming a constant presence in television and the digital environment. Between 2003 and 2019, he worked at Pro TV, where he produced investigative reports, special reports and materials dedicated to innovation and infrastructure. In 2011, he created and presented the show iLikeIT, which quickly became an audience leader and a benchmark for technology enthusiasts. In parallel, George built one of the most watched online platforms in Romania, with his YouTube channel exceeding one million subscribers. His content covers reviews of gadgets, cars, technological innovations and topics related to science and the future, all presented in an accessible and applied style.
