Ise Gropius narrates this short documentary, made in 1970 by Robert S. Barcelow, that describes her husband Walter Gropius's vision for their family home in Lincoln, Massachusetts. A groundbreaking work of Modern architecture when it was completed in 1938, Gropius House now attracts thousands of visitors each year as a house museum owned by Historic New England.
