Zambezi Storms (new acoustic song)

I’ve written a brand new song called Zambezi Storm—which sounds dramatic, but don’t worry, no actual weather systems were harmed in the process. Part of the lyrics comes from a children’s song I remember from my time growing up in Zambia. I’ve probably been singing it slightly wrong for years (as you do), but it’s in Nyanja (Chichewa) and roughly translates as: “Let’s go together, singing” “Come on, let’s go” Which, when you think about it, is basically the perfect life advice… or at least a very good excuse for a singalong. Really proud of this one—it’s a bit nostalgic, a bit dreamy, and hopefully the kind of tune that gets stuck in your head in a good way 🎶
