⛪ The solemn procession of the Patron Saints wound its way through Punta del Moral at the close of the 2026 festivities ⛪ 🙏 On June 14th, Punta del Moral celebrated the solemn procession of its Patron Saints, one of the most anticipated and moving events of the 2026 San Antonio de Padua Festival, bringing to a close several days of celebrations marked by devotion, community spirit, and popular traditions. 🚶‍♂️ The patron saint images traveled through the streets of the neighborhood accompanied by numerous residents, devotees, and visitors who participated in the procession, renewing a tradition deeply rooted in the town's maritime identity. 🌺 Throughout the procession, there were moments of great emotion, especially during the various Sevillanas dedicated to the Patron Saints, performed by local residents and devotees who expressed their affection, faith, and devotion to the religious images through song. 🎶 The Sevillanas, imbued with devotion and tradition, accompanied various moments of the procession, creating a unique atmosphere in which Andalusian folk music once again became a vibrant expression of popular religiosity. 🌊 One of the most significant moments occurred upon reaching the beach area. Due to the low tide, the images could not enter the water as they usually do.
