This is the question that the Simba research project has investigated and examined the economic and ecological impacts of dairy farms. SIMBA stands for the simulation of economic and environmental impacts of dairy farms using agent-based models. Experts from LIST, IBLA, Uni Liège Gembloux, LTA and Convis worked together to find out how cattle farming in Luxembourg can be implemented in an economically and ecologically sustainable way.
