Why I think ill live longer in the Philippines
Why I Think I’ll Live Longer in the Philippines This isn’t medical advice, and I can’t prove I’ll live longer. But after spending time in the Philippines, I’ve noticed several things that make me believe my quality of life—and possibly even my lifespan—could be better there than in North America. In this video, I share my personal observations about: • Fresh, locally grown food that often goes from farm to table • Less reliance on heavily processed foods • A slower, less stressful pace of life • More time outdoors and year-round sunshine • Strong family and community connections • A lifestyle that encourages walking and staying active • Why I feel healthier, happier, and more relaxed when I’m in the Philippines These are simply my experiences and opinions as someone planning a future in the Philippines. Whether you already live there, are thinking about moving, or are just curious about expat life, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Do you think lifestyle plays a bigger role in longevity than modern healthcare?
