MARVELOUS SINGAPORE AIRLINES FIRST CLASS - SQ 631 - TOKYO HANEDA TO SINGAPORE - BOEING 777-300ER

Welcome back :) Today we are flying from Tokyo Haneda to Singapore Airlines in First Class. Singapore operates five daily flights to Tokyo. Two to Narita (including one continuing to Los Angeles LAX) and three to Haneda. Tokyo Haneda International Airport is located is located 9 miles south of Tokyo. Haneda is hence more convenient than Narita Airport. There are three terminales in Haneda: Terminal 1: Japan Airlines Terminal 2: All Nippon Airways Terminal 3: all carriers on international routes As a Star Alliance partner, Singapore Airlines invites its First Class passengers to ANA Suite Lounge. The lounge is comfortable, offers a nice outside view on the planes and on the runway. The staff is polite and courteous but the catering in the morning is a disappointment. Nevermind, I'll catch up once onboard Singapore Airlines First Class. A very nice Singapore Airlines station manager will escort and introduce me to the cabin crew: InFlight Manager Richard, Leading Stewardess Roanne and Leading Steward Shahril. After only few steps onboard and I knew that I was gonna have a wonderful flight, again. From Japan, Singapore Airlines invites First Class passengers to enjoy the refined meals of the famous chef Yoshihiro Murata. If you don't fancy japanese dishes, international cuisine is also available. I opted for a Book The Cook meal and it was absolutely MARVELOUS: Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Grilled Japanese beef tenderloin served with yuzu kosho pepper sauce, seasonal vegetables and gratin potato. Singapore Airlines is one of the few airlines to offer three brands of Champagne in First Class: Krug Grande Cuvée, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne and the guest Champagne of the month: Henri Giraud MV 19 Aÿ Grand Cru.
