Bread Baking in a Clay Pot (Römertopf)
In her Intuitive Kitchen, Madeleine shows us how to bake a loaf of bread using a traditional European clay pot (in Switzerland, it's known as a "Römertopf" - a "Roman pot"). The main ingredients are the organic spelt and millet grains (mainly spelt; about 5 cups total yielding about 7 cups of flour) that she mills in her Komo stone grinder.
