ConCourt's mixed ruling in rand manipulation case

The Constitutional Court delivered a mixed judgment in the decade-old rand manipulation case brought by the Competition Commission. The court dismissed parts of the commission’s appeal against several banks, including Bank of America, Barclays, Nedbank and Standard Bank, while granting the appeal against Credit Suisse, UBS and JPMorgan Chase.
