LOGIC PRO X - New York Compression Technique

If you're making electronic dance music and you want more punch and power in your drum mix, this one's for you. 🔍Discover Essentials: Compression🔍 https://learn.jonobuchananmusic.com/p... The New York Compression Technique is a particular kind of parallel compression process, which will significantly lift the energy in your beats. In this video, Jono shows you why adding a fast, FET-style compressor on an Auxiliary track is a huge advantage. It allows you to mix a second channel of 'spanked', heavily compressed drums underneath your original drum mix. If you put a Channel EQ after Logic's Compressor, to lift both the bottom and top end of the mix to add weight and fizz, you can then blend the Compressed signal in, at the level of your choice. -------------------------------------------------------- 🔍Discover Essentials: EQ 🔍 👉https://learn.jonobuchananmusic.com/p...
