Prepare the oatmeal: Briefly bring the rolled oats, protein powder, milk, and chia seeds to a boil, then simmer until the desired consistency is reached. 2. Serve & done :) -Recipe: Pasta with homemade tomato sauce and pumpkin wedges 🍝 600 g chopped tomatoes / tomato pulp (e.g., from Mutti) 5 sun-dried tomatoes a little oil 100 g mascarpone 1 onion salt, pepper 1/2 tsp sugar 1-2 tsp balsamic vinegar 500 g spaghetti grated cheese and basil Optional 1. Roughly dice the tomatoes and onions. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the onions. 3. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 4. Season generously with salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar. 5. Purée everything. 6. Stir in the mascarpone. 7. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. 8. Bake the pumpkin in the oven. Mix with the tomato sauce and enjoy! :) Leek Quiche with Smoked Tofu 🥮 400 g flour 200 g cold butter 60 ml cold water 0.5 tsp salt For the filling: 600 g leeks (sliced into rings) 200 g smoked tofu (diced) 2 tbsp rapeseed oil 4 eggs 200 ml milk 200 g crème fraîche 200 g Gruyère cheese (grated) Salt, pepper 1. Prepare the dough: flour, Combine salt and cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes. 2. Sauté the leeks and tofu: Heat rapeseed oil in a pan and sauté the leeks and smoked tofu for about 5 minutes, until the leeks are soft. Set aside. 3. Roll out the dough: Place the dough in a greased 26 cm (10-inch) quiche dish, pressing it up the sides. Prick the base several times with a fork. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. 4. Prepare the filling: Whisk together the eggs, milk, crème fraîche, Gruyère cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread the leek and tofu mixture evenly over the pre-baked crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top. ... 5. Baking: Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
