Guest Lecturer Azhar Khan: Computational Design Studio

Azhar Ahmed Khan The founder of The Computational Design Studio, Azhar has been educating students and designers since 2014 and currently teaches Architecture and Product Design at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Over his professional career, Azhar has worked for multiple consultancies assisting renowned design firms such as Atelier Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid Architects, Studio Gang, Architectonica, NBBJ, and more. His expertise ranges from rationalizing complex geometries, implementing optimization strategies, and performing environmental analyses and simulations. His projects continue to span North America, Europe, Africa, and East Asia. He is the host of The Lineweights Over Coffee Podcast and The Lineweights Academy, where he teaches beginner to intermediate level technology courses for architects and designers.
