Better Together: Building Community Partnerships for Quality Improvement
This session will equip service providers to identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration to enhance access and improve the quality of services they provide. Participants will be introduced to practical strategies for forming high-quality relationships with stakeholders, including engaging service consumers in the needs assessment and program enhancement process. In addition, considerations for project sustainability, funding and other high-impact outcomes will be discussed.
